In your book, 12 Months of Knitting page 105 (Jackie O) , it is stated under front neck shaping to decrease at neck edge until 12 stitches on needle....however under shoulder shaping, it is stated that one binds off 6 stitches twice, work one row, then bind off 6 remaining stitches. With 12 stitches on the needle, how is this possible ---- one needs 18 stitches to accomplish this. Please help !!!!!

Hi Nancy, Sorry for the delay. I just got back from vacation and also moving! You're absolutely right. We need 18 sts here. Let me take a look at the pattern tonight and revise accordingly. I will post corrections to my errata page at http://www.joanneyordanou.com/errata1.html

Ah, I see it. The back uses 12 sts so this is a typo. So for the front, you would bind off 6 sts at beginning of next row. Work one row even. then bind off rem 6 sts. Comments are closed.
