Page 102 Lace Pillows:

Pattern A: Row 6: Should read....."repeat from * to last 9 sts, ending yo, ssk, k1, k2tog,yo, ssk, k2.

Page 64 Little Boy Blue Cardigan:

Working to before Armhole Shaping should read to the same length as Back and Left front: 5 3/4 (6, 6 1/2, 8, 9 1/2)"(14.5[15, 16.5, 20.5, 24] cm)

Pg 109 Summer Chill Shawl:

(1st column/2nd last paragraph):Work Chart B, then work Chart C. Note that.... (2nd Column/3rd row): Delete Knit 1 row. (Row 12 Edging): Bind off 7 sts, K3, yfwd, K2tog, K2tog (with shawl edge st).

Also, Chart B should look as follows and you should have 41 sts on the needle before you begin Chart C:

Then begin Chart C below, repeating chart from Rows 23-46, until there are 345 sts. Bind off, leaving one st.

The very best effort by all involved (and there were plenty of eyes checking and rechecking) went towards all the editing to find my goofs. Unfortunately, to err is human and my apologies for the above miss. Joanne :)
