Intrigued from this Pinterest pin, I endeavoured to make my sisters and friends soap and knitted dishcloth for our little Xmas prezzie exchange. So while Martha's recipe was a wonderful peppermint soap, I opted for lavender, spindling a few bits of actual lavender on top. Knitted a few dishcloths of my own or washcloths and now I'm hooked. I can't wait to make oatmeal soap or lemon soap. I mushed up leftovers into a ball and gave it to Lou. He loved it! Below I changed up the recipe and used Shea butter soap and Glycerine soap. I walked into Lush last week and got further inspired. I know what I'm doing on rainy days at the cottage this summer! Happy Knitting,
