I think it is important for young children to learn how to knit, crochet, embroider, sew, cross stitch, paint, draw etc. to learn arts and crafts. As soon as I set my blog up and it is ready to go, I will let you know. Congratulations on your blog as well everything else you are doing. Keep up your good work and thank you for sharing the arts and crafts patterns and finished items. Marilynne Q in SE TN on the GA/ALA lines Rebecca Fri, 30 Apr 2010 08:45:17 These books both look like good choices for my 5yo daughter, who is learning to knit and crochet. (I just wish there were some beginner books out there for boys.. my son is a little interested, but very very put off by all the "girly" books/patterns/accessories.) Miss Mew Fri, 30 Apr 2010 08:57:33 Ho boy! If I win this book, I can teach my mommers how to crochet - wouldn't that be something!! Thanks for the chance. timmshanna@gmail.com rickimoo Fri, 30 Apr 2010 12:06:45 Would love to learn to knit. I am a big kid at heart (53)! Just stumbled on to your site and love it.
