Sorry - I have been away and no time to blog. I visited my oldest dearest friend, Viv, in Calgary and got the surprise of my life, when we drove out to where her hubby was working in Canmore. On Cascade Mountain (at 7490 ft., overlooking Banff. My scarf was a godsend - I wrapped it over my ears when we got to the top.
